As a trans-disciplinary artist, I leverage multimedia to challenge oppressive narratives and amplify truths rooted in human value and personal growth. Through mediums like paint, film, and mindfulness arts, I foster resilience and document stories of defiance and inspiration.
I integrate art and writing to teach mental and emotional well-being, exemplified in the ExhilaFit® Multi-Aspect Mindfulness Meditation M.A.P curriculum. My own journey, shaped by adversity and triumph, drives my mission to uplift others. Witnessing suffering and substance abuse in my childhood taught me the transformative power of creativity in navigating life’s hurdles.
Becoming a counselor deepened my understanding of the connection between adversity and personal growth. Through my work, I aim to inspire others to find their voice and embrace their potential. My diverse skills across art, writing, filmmaking, and business allow me to approach projects with innovation and leadership.
Ultimately, my artistic journey is rooted in a commitment to social change and empowerment. I strive to encourage others to overcome obstacles, expand their perspectives, and make positive impacts in their lives and communities.
